What is the digital center and why?

The main goal of the government announced the Digital Bangladesh Vision-2011 is to integrate the people of all walks of life with the unlimited knowledge of foreign countries. Digital Center is the primary step in implementing this goal.
  Union Digital Center is a modern center with information technology based services established in Union Parishad. Here the people of the rural population have free access.
Digital Center, as well as the development of the quality of life of the people of all classes of the country, a meaningful organization of the country's socio-economic development.
  One of the most important organizations to reach the service at the doorstep of the people, quickly and at low cost.
  Provide access to information-related information and services through the use of free information technology, in order to improve the overall living standard of the local population.
  UDC is a "public service delivery channel" which is operated as a "one-stop" snake. It is a local knowledge base in which there is free and open access to all government, non-governmental digital services.
   Since the establishment of Union Digital Center, the people are not going to run behind the service, the people are reaching the service at the beginning of the door.
